Our Story

Leon Leonhardt grew up on a farm — working the land, tending cattle, and learning the values that only come from a life close to the soil. After graduating college he entered the corporate world, building a career that took him far from the fields he loved as a boy.

As retirement drew near, Leon made a decision that brought him full circle. He began purchasing land — carefully, purposefully — building toward the cow-calf operation he had always dreamed of. Together with Shannon Price, that dream became a reality.

Today, Double Leon Ranch spans multiple pastures with several thriving herds. Watching mama cows nurture their calves each season isn't just a business — it's a dream come true.
